2. What data is processed

• Email correspondence: your name, email address, company and anything you include in your message.
• Business relationship: if we work together, the contact and billing details required.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and user agent, generated automatically when you visit the site.

This site has no forms, no user accounts, and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to enquiries and preparing proposals: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Performing the contract and meeting tax and accounting obligations: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Keeping the site secure and running via server logs: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

• Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 12 months after the last contact.
• Client and billing data: for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory periods (generally 4 years under Spanish tax law and 6 years under the Commercial Code).
• Server logs: for a limited period, after which they are deleted periodically.

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law (e.g. the Spanish Tax Agency). The following act as processors:

• Web hosting: HOSTKEY B.V., with the server located in Spain.
• Email: Apple (iCloud Mail). Apple Inc. participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so any international transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision.
• Tax and accounting advisor, where needed to meet tax obligations.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to nikita@bgmlv.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This site does not use cookies or similar on-device storage, and loads no third-party resources (fonts, analytics, embedded videos or social widgets). That is why there is no consent banner. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.
